14th JCI Autumn Conference on China Feed Market

Mar. 22-23, 2018, Thursday-Friday, Guangzhou, China

During the past 13th JCI Spring Conference held on March 22-23 in Guangzhou, there were many different views expressed and forecasts made, with the projections of volatile corn price in short term, bullish move of soymeal not yet to end and remarkable improvement anchovy resource having been confirmed correct by market. Topics such as Sino-US trade relation, risks of sorghum of import business and feed ingredients purchase strategy have also been discussed and participants have learnt some insightful thoughts through discussion. The conference has attracted high attention of over 700 participants from all over the world.

Based on the experience of our past 26 semi-annual conferences, JCI is to hold the 14th JCI Autumn Conference on Chinese Feed Raw Materials Market on Sep. 20-21, 2018, Thursday-Friday, in Xi’an of Shaanxi province, NW China. The conference will be held together with our long-standing partners of U.S. Soybean Export Council (USSEC), U.S. Grains Council (USGC) and The Marine Ingredients Organisation (IFFO) and will also be served with simultaneous interpretation between Chinese and English by experienced interpreters.

The Sino-US trade war has started which will bring great changes to global agri-commodity market. The trend of Sino-US trade relation will greatly influence the development trend in the next ten years. Meanwhile, China has quickened its pace of supply-side reform on agriculture and the country is adopting a modern sustainable development model that is in line with international standards in environment protection, ecological balance as well as animal welfare. The demand of better living condition is pushing forward the deep transition of Chinese feed breeding industry and in turn forcing the improvement of feed ingredients quality, animal farming pattern and profit management level.

To well adapt to these changes and get well prepared for the challenges and opportunities, particularly possible grain import boom in case of any good-turning of Sino-US trade relation, we need a brainstorm among experts both from home and abroad to analyze the market trend from different perspectives.

It is right under this background that JCI, together with our long-standing partners of U.S. Soybean Export Council (USSEC), U.S. Grains Council (USGC) and The Marine Ingredients Organisation (IFFO) will hold the 14th JCI Autumn Conference on Chinese Feed Raw Materials Market on Sep. 20-21, 2018, in Embassador International Hotel, Xi’an, NW China. We hope to discuss, together with you, about supply and demand of main feed raw materials, market characteristics and development tendency and other hot topics as well as the use of the financial tools to mitigate risks and improve gross profits, which we believe will sparkle your new thoughts and bring you more business value.
